Commission Terms of ServiceThank you for considering a custom digital art commission from
krs-kross. Please review the following terms:Project Start:
Work will begin once all necessary details and payment are received.
Commissions are completed in the order they are received..

Contract:
A written agreement outlining the scope, pricing, and terms will be provided and must be approved and signed by both clients and artist before work begins..

.Payment:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total commission cost is required before work begins.
The remaining 50% balance, plus any additional costs for customization, alterations, or requests made during the process, is due upon completion of the piece, before final delivery.
Payment is accepted through PayPal..

.Turnaround Time:
Completion times vary depending on the size and complexity of the piece, typically ranging from 3 days - 1 month.
I’ll send progress updates, including sketches, through email or your preferred contact method..

.Revisions:
Revisions are accepted during the sketch phase to ensure the artwork meets your expectations.
Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra fees..

.Delivery:
All artwork will be delivered digitally in high-resolution and web-optimized formats via email..

.Usage Rights & Copyright:
• Personal Commissions: Artwork is for personal use only. (e.g., prints, social media icons). Redistribution, resale, or commercial use requires prior written permission..

.• Commercial Commissions: Artwork intended for commercial use (e.g., logos, marketing materials) will require a licensing agreement. Additional fees based on usage will apply..

.• Copyright: As the artist, I retain full copyright to all commissioned works unless an exclusive transfer is agreed upon in writing.
This includes the right to display the artwork in my portfolio, on social media, or in promotional materials unless otherwise stated.
If you wish to purchase full copyright or require exclusive rights, additional fees will apply.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:Refunds are not available once the sketching phase is completed and approved.
However, refunds are offered under the following circumstances:• Commission not yet started: 40% refund of the total price.
• During the sketching phase: 30% refund of the total price.
